1. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Return of products is valid for a period of 7 days starting from the date of delivery.
In case of return , any item bought must also be derelict in terms of use , removal from its container and all forms of packaging associated with it.
It is also the case that all the original accessories, instructions, and parts of the promotional package must be returned.
Return of e-liquids, cartridges or other consumables could not be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons, except when they are malfunctioning upon receiving them.
Non-Returnable Items:
Returned goods that have been misused and are now broken due to the customers bad handling.
Merchandise sold at lower prices including sales, clearance, or other promotional items.
How to Request a Return:
If you want to forward your complaint to us, please phone us at 0317 5516996 stating your order number and reason of return.
On approval, customers need to send the items Nazimabad no 2 Block 2D 12/7, Karachi, Sindh 07469, Pakistan.
Unless the sent item is incorrect or the item is defective, shipping returns are to be borne by the customer.
2. Exchange Policy
When it comes to ordering incorrect products sent by VAPEEXPRESS or receiving defective items, Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. After being returned, packaged and in their original condition a product can be exchanged for either the same or similar items but of equal value within case of them being available.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
With the official documentation of damaged goods being stated through photo or video, we need our customer to give us a call at 0317 5516996 immediately on receiving the goods.
We commence by examining the goods and of course based on that, we provide the following options 1 a substitute of similar nature is made available within the market or 2 the payment made is reversed back to the respective customer.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

- VAPEEXPRESS reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the conditions outlined above.
- For all exchanges or returns, the original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
